Authentic Pinsa Romana
From ancient Rome, the Pinsa has been conceived with a mix of wheat flour, rice flour, and soy flour, with a 72 hour fermentation process. The result is an ever delicious crispy and flavorful endeavour. We have a wide selection of pinsas, from vegetarian to meat and fish. We even have a pinsa with Nutella for the true chocolate lovers among us.

At Paisano’s you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We have a well-curated and diverse menu that caters to everyone’s authentic Italian preferences. We offer great Bikinis, not the type you wear on the beach, of course, but rather a delicious toasted sandwich with fresh ham, cheese, and tomatoes. We also serve omelettes, tostadas, croissants, and more!
